Sian found her passion for health and fitness when studying at university and has continued to progress her knowledge in this area ever since. After working in the corporate world for several years, she realised that her true desire was to help other people change their life through diet and exercise – just like she had herself. This led her to return to her books and study to become a Personal Trainer.

Sian has recently joined our team at The Hangar and you’ll also meet her some days, in the morning APE classes.

Now qualified, Sian has spent the last 2 years focussing on developing her skills by working with various clients from differing backgrounds, providing a high-quality service that caters to their individual goals. She takes a scientific, evidence-based approach and continuously keeps up-to-date with the latest industry research.
