About Keira

Keira is an outgoing, highly motivated personal trainer with a passion for helping her clients get stronger. KL.Training was set up in 2013. Since then Keira has gained a wealth of information and prides herself on helping clients improve their lifestyles by giving them the knowledge and information they need to reach their goals.

“Keira is a fantastic trainer and has been helping me recently as I have a number of health problems including a form of arthritis – she has designed workouts and programmes to help me build muscle strength, focussing on quality exercises and targeting key areas/ muscles, that will not only help me now but in later life when my conditions may deteriorate.
She has so much experience, information and knowledge and makes the sessions fun and interesting. I have learned so much and have been scared to exercise due to my conditions, and how they limit me, but she has given me confidence to do things I didn’t think I could. Thank you so much ”.

Not only a fitness enthusiast, Keira is also a Mum, giving her the understanding of the obstacles that other mums can face when it comes to training and living an active, healthy lifestyle.

Qualifications and Background

Keira’s qualifications include Level 2 Gym Instructor, Level 3 Personal Trainer and Spin Instructor and she is now studying Strength & Conditioning at USW She is also soon to qualify as a Sports Therapist.

“Never enjoyed the gym until I went to one of Keira’s classes.. look forward to going every time .. always a different workout mix, which is enjoyable. She has a proper understanding of your targets and what you want to achieve, she’s a top girl. I would recommend her service massively”.

Keira specialises in strength training, using weights and body weight exercises. So those of you who are in need of a little confidence to take that first step into training, Keira is your woman!

One of Keira’s biggest achievements was in 2015 when she entered the WBF Welsh qualifier as a bikini competitor. In 2016 she progressed onto the figure category and went on to become a UKUP British finalist.

“Seven weeks into training with Keira and I am seeing amazing changes in my body that I am just loving! I have a weekly one to one session and my form when lifting has greatly improved and the advice Keira has given me has really helped. Got a nutrition and exercise plan which is giving me great results, never going hungry and getting stronger by the day! Keira is always there to answer my many questions at anytime and motivates me to want me to achieve my goals. I’ve told her before and I will tell her again-Keira you are awesome”.
